Rick Clark is a 5th generation farmer who has been on a regenerative farming journey for 17 years. On 6,500 acres, he raises corn, soybeans, wheat, alfalfa, peas, buckwheat, cover crops, milo, sheep and cattle. In 2017, he began pursuing speaking engagements where he could advocate for his regenerative farming techniques. He tells us what motivated him to convert his operation.

Ben Lehfelt runs a commercial ewe operation in Montana and is the President of the American Sheep Industry Association. He told us that despite the turbulent cycle the industry has been experiencing, they still saw success with a 20% increase in loan deficiency payments and a $1 million increase to their grant program.
