Pam Jahnke talks with Michaela Clower, director of producer education with the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, about the National Beef Assurance program and the recent national audit that just concluded. This audit happens every five years collecting interviews and data to help identify areas of success and areas of improvement. It  includes data from processors and consumers, for a total of 30,000 data points.
