Rachel Kerr is the Senior Director of Experiential and Brand Marketing for Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin. Through industry research, DFW has found some common trends in what consumers are looking for during the holiday season.
Kerr visits with Pam Jahnke and explains that today's consumers are looking for food experiences. Different flavors, cultural influences and stories or origin check the boxes for what they're looking for. Kerr also says that today's consumers want the "back story" on the products they're purchasing. From sustainability to environmental footprints, it all matters.
