Dairying takes a lot of skill from herd management to mechanics. For Matthew Fischer, the future of his family farm in Owen depends on a different skill set: leadership. Right now, Matthew is balancing his goal to expand the family business, Henar Acres Dairy, with his career as an educational leadership consultant for the agricultural fraternity, Alpha Gamma Rho.
