View descriptionShare

To kick off the week, Bob Bosold from the Northern end of the world's longest barn in Eau Claire sits down with Barron County soybean grower Tanner Johnson after he gets back from an advocacy trip in D.C. Johnson feels optimistic about the Farm Bill and a new relationship with the Moroccan Embassy.

We hope you enjoyed a beautiful weekend because more moisture is on the way, including possible severe thunderstorms in southern Wisconsin, according to ag meteorologist Stu Muck.

All this rain has boosted the bug population. Earwigs might be posing a problem in your garden and landscaping plants, according to state entomologist PJ Liesch.

There's no guarantee that you'll have off for every good fishing day. That's why you might want to head to the fish farm. Ben Jarboe takes us to Rushing Waters in Palmyra where they raise rainbow trout for the public to enjoy. Owner Peter Fritsch tells us how they raise them.

Wisconsin Farm Technology Days General Manager Anna Maenner calls in to preview the show happening Aug. 13-15 in Cadott. Your hosts this year are Close Farms and the Chippewa Valley Music Festival Grounds. You can save money on tickets if you plan ahead!
