What do you do when the people closest to you don’t believe in what you’re building?
In this episode, I’m talking about one of the harder parts of starting a business - dealing with doubt, criticism and unsolicited opinions from friends, family and the people whose support you expected the most.
I share what I experienced while building my own businesses, why the people around you might not always understand the risks you’re willing to take and how I learned to stop letting other people’s fears influence my decisions.
I also get into protecting your mindset, choosing who you take advice from and continuing to back yourself when no one else can see the vision yet.
Sometimes the people around you won’t understand what you’re building until you’ve built it.
