By Newsbreak Producer Hoosen Ebrahim - In what's become something of a tradition in Mzansi, thousands of daring men will run through the streets of South Africa in nothing but Speedos and takkies this morning in a bid to raise awareness around testicular and prostate cancer. Hosted partly by the Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA), the 'Daredevil Run' aims to educate people around why Testicular cancer is most common in males aged 15-35 and is one of the most treatable cancers - when detected early.
