The nationwide campaign grants local day visitor's free conservation access to a wide selection of the country's premier protected areas. Management note that while most reserves will waive entry fees across the entire week, high-traffic destinations like Kruger, West Coast and Augrabies Falls will restrict free access to weekdays only. Citizens must present a valid South African identity document at park gates to qualify for the promotion.
