But civil society organisation SECTION27 says this does not factor the degree that women carry the burden of health-care inadequacies. According to the organisation- women generally have to serve as caregiver within an ailing health system. As a result, the budget allocations- both provincially and nationally- do not address core challenges experienced by women on the ground.
