By Newsbreak Executive Producer Salma Patel - The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) in Gauteng says it has decided not to proceed with the case against a 58-year-old man, who was arrested in connection with a deadly road rage shooting at Emmerentia, Johannesburg. The man was expected to appear in the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court yesterday to face charges of murder and attempted murder. The man was involved in a physical altercation on Sunday, with another driver, which escalated into a fatal shooting. The 48-year-old man that was killed during the incident is believed to be a Pakistan national and his body is expected to be repatriated to his home country for burial. Also, a female passenger is still recovering in hospital. Pakistan Community leader in South Africa, Dr Akhtar Hoosen urges all people to exercise patience in similar situations...
