By Newsbreak Senior Producer Taresh Harreeparshad - The National Prosecuting Authority's decision not to prosecute the man accused of killing a man in Emmarentia in Johannesburg is still temporary. That's according to legal expert Advocate Niven Rai. This week a man appeared in the Johannesburg Magistrates Court and was expected to be charged for the murder of motorist Faisal ul Rehman- who was shot in an alleged road rage incident. Rehman's wife was also shot. But the NPA decided not to enroll the matter- pending further investigations. The NPA says investigations will continue with police and the matter will be prosecuted once the NPA is satisfied with the evidence. This comes as video and dash cam footage of the incident has gone viral on social media. Advocate Rai explains that the NPA will look at all forms of evidence in its entirety...
