By Newsbreak Senior Producer Taresh Harreeparshad - The National Prosecuting Authority's decision not to prosecute the man accused of killing a man in Emmarentia in Johannesburg is still temporary. That's according to legal expert Advocate Niven Rai. This week a man appeared in the Johannesburg Magistrates Court and was expected to be charged for the murder of motorist Faisal ul Rehman- who was shot in an alleged road rage incident. Rehman's wife was also shot. But the NPA decided not to enroll the matter- pending further investigations. The NPA says investigations will continue with police and the matter will be prosecuted once the NPA is satisfied with the evidence.
