This episode was a deep reflection on my lifestyle, as a result of a conversation with a friend. She asked, is it possible to be in the "wellness space" when you like to go out, stay out late at night, dance, and not live completely "green"?
I thought about what being "well" meant to be, and came to the conclusion that it's all about balance. About tuning in and doing what is right for your body, mind, and spirit.Yes, it will take some discipline, yes it will require you to say "NO" to opportunities/events. But this doesn't mean you have to give up going to a party, or having a 3rd glass of wine.
