There is an estimate of 2.8 out of every 1,000 people in Africa living in modern day slavery (human trafficking). Katie Modrau, Country Manager at A21 South Africa, chats to Leigh-Anne Williams about how the organisation focuses on raising awareness on human trafficking, some of the signs to look out for when it comes to someone being trafficked and how they aim to help and support survivors on their path to recovery and empowerment.
