The U.S. State Department is keeping a close watch on the House of Representatives.

They're finally working to vote on a massive financial and military aid bill for Ukraine.

The months of delays in getting American weapons to Ukraine has already meant increasing losses to Russia on the battlefield.  

KNX News chief correspondent Charles Feldman talked with State Department spokesman Vedant Patel, asking him if there was still time for Ukraine to turn the tide.

The House is expected to vote on military aid funding bills for both Israel and Ukraine ... worth a combined $95-billion ... by Saturday.
