White House OnlyFarms Website & The IRS Wants Smarter Audits

View descriptionShare

The White House has launched a new agriculture-focused website called OnlyFarms.gov, meant to highlight the Trump administration’s farming policies and financial assistance for farmers. The name — a clear riff on the adult platform OnlyFans — quickly sparked online ridicule, with many social media users asking who approved the branding.

The IRS is turning to Palantir, a data‑analytics company known for working with law enforcement and intelligence agencies, to help modernize how tax audits are selected. The agency paid Palantir $1.8 million to enhance a custom tool designed to identify the “highest‑value” audit, collection, and criminal investigation cases, replacing a fragmented system built from decades of legacy software.
