Philip Teresi sits down with Froy Garza, Executive Director of the VA Central California Health Care System. Garza shares stories of visiting the VA with both his father & grandfather, how his VA is different from his fathers VA and what the goals are moving into 2027. 

VACCHCS earned a Five-Star CMS rating, improving from four stars in 2025 and becoming the only five-star hospital in the Central Valley. The designation places the Fresno VA among the highest-rated hospitals in the nation for quality, safety, patient experience, and effectiveness of care.
