KMJ legal analyst Peter Kapetan joins Philip Teresi discussing Fresno County’s crack down on an oversaturation of sex offenders with a newly proposed ordinance. Supervisors Garry Bredefeld and Brian Pacheco announced the measure on Monday. It would limit the number of sex offenders and beds in a single-family home to six, enforcing current state law.
