The lawsuit filed by The Alliance for Constitutional Sex Offense Laws, Inc. on Jan. 26 in Fresno County Superior Court, claims the ordinance adopted on Jan. 6 by the Board of Supervisors is “in plain violation of the California Constitution and the jurisdictional limits on local government.”
