He’s “spoiled for choice” each spring and aims to preserve—and even expand—this unexpected slice of Britain’s mowing heritage.

Massive LAPD Records Hack

A new analysis finds Google’s AI Overviews give incorrect or misleading answers about 10% of the time, raising concerns about reliability. Researchers warn the errors often appear confident, increasing the risk of users trusting false information as AI search tools become more widespread. 

A March hack of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office exposed over 7 terabytes of sensitive LAPD records—including internal affairs files, officer personnel data, witness identities, and medical records—across more than 337,000 documents. The LAPD confirmed the breach and is coordinating with city attorneys to assess the scope, while some documents briefly surfaced on social media.
