A March hack of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office exposed over 7 terabytes of sensitive LAPD records—including internal affairs files, officer personnel data, witness identities, and medical records—across more than 337,000 documents. The LAPD confirmed the breach and is coordinating with city attorneys to assess the scope, while some documents briefly surfaced on social media.
