Fresno State has established a notification process to comply with California’s new Sending Alerts to Families in Education (SAFE) Act, Under the law, Fresno State will send a campus-wide email to students and employees if immigration enforcement is confirmed on campus, including the date, time, and general location of the activity, along with links to resources and support.
