A Fresno man has been arrested for the 36th time, according to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies say 46‑year‑old Michael Delsid was taken into custody Tuesday after he refused to pull over for detectives with the Adult Compliance Team. The chase ended near Clinton and Marks Avenues, where deputies used a PIT maneuver to stop his pickup truck.
