Study: Seeing red may be bad for your heart health

They say "anger kills" and that might hold more weight than you think.

In a new study released this week, researchers found a link between frequent anger and heart disease. Funded by the National Institutes of Health, the study emphasizes the negative impact being mad has on our overall well-being. 

For more., KCBS Radio's Bret Burkhart and Patti Reising spoke with Dr, David Spiegel, Associate chair of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine. He was not involved in the study.
