Life expectancy at its lowest since World War Two

The coronavirus has left a new statistic in its wake. Life expectancy in the United States has dropped by one year to the lowest level since the Second World War.

The decrease in is even worse for Black and Hispanic Americans, with a decrease of 3 years.
