    The Remodelers---on the 3rd Monday of the month give us the give and take of what is working and what is not.

   Todd Boots—is the Immediate Past President of the South Dakota Home Builders Association---

   Steve Swenson—THE HANDYMAN---what are they seeing---are there specials—what about the trends?

   Butch Warrington—Building permit chief City of Sioux Falls—will update the building permits---now at 6 and a half months into 2022---with a second billion dollar year expected.

   Kent Peterson---House Majority Leader---gives us a take on Pierre happenings or cancellations---storm damage----and what to expect between now thru November and into December 31st

   Extreme Heating and Cooling---we are in the season—and we see that a week of 90 plus---but from Tom Thorton---we’ll ask how busy they are---are people looking to cooling at all---and just how busy has 2022—been?

  Steve Swenson will give us the SPECIALS---yes there are specials---and best advise—if you need something order it now----and we’ll see where the hang-ups are plus stories he can share with the names changed to protect the innocent.

  From the building side---Todd Boots will have a few stories---how can you get a house or work done?  Still a shortage of manpower—lots are wanting the attention---but only a percentage (not sure how large or small) are being accommodated.

  Kent Peterson---House Majority Leader—has gone thru a 90 day cycle of excitement in Pierre—and excitement—not always the good kind of the farm in McCook County. We’ll get his take on that –the help from the Fed’s from the Storm Damage---and what else he’s doing.

  We always have a vendor who works with homes joining us Tom Thorton—has Extreme Heating and Cooling. We know about the Extreme Heating that will continue this week—but we wonder too----about how busy they are---and whether many are already looking to the heating system---that may not be an emergency today---but will be in just a few months.
