    Dave Lucchesi---SD Game Fish and Parks talks with us. Lucchesi is SE SD Area Fisheries Manager

• GFP are fielding some questions from anglers in the Region regarding concerns about the snow depth—on some of the area lakes
• The heavy snow depth on top of the ice can impact the amount of photosynthesis going on in the lakes and in some cases could result in low oxygen levels and have a winter kill to the fisheries in those lakes. Mr. Lucchesi will explain the ins and outs of winter kill and some of the variability seen in which lakes winterkill is not good.
• Also challenging –keeping access open to ice fishermen thru the winter on the lakes. Mother Nature can throw a few snowballs

     On the half hour---Dr. Allen Unruh may not share a guest with a show-tell scenario in the last few months…he is promising some wellness tips including 5 foods you should never eat and how to harden the attitude about digesting and making a difference.
