Willie—to good ole Huron South Dakota.
With those from the South Dakota Farmers Union----they now are meeting in a 2
day convention----to discuss what they will be discussing in the 365 days ahead.
We know that the long-time President of South Dakota Farmers Union in Doug
Sombke---we have talked here----in San Francisco, Scottsdale, Washington DC, and
other sites----but the talk is always about helping those in agriculture---and figuring
out howwe can get others to understand that Agriculture is still the #1 Industry in
South Dakota.
Whether it be still no farm bill----issues that South Dakotans vote on at the polls
like the ones just a month ago----- we discuss the issues---what is at stake----
This two day event is no different-----Doug—welcome---what do you want to
accomplish at this Convention that will get a few hundred people

We still lack the passage of a farm bill---are the matters at hand in our South
Dakota---as delicate as EVER getting a farm bill-----
