   Third Monday of April----The Remodelers take their place as we discuss the important sides of all that is Remodeling---Building and moving Real Estate.

Kind of questions Butch and Boots  are getting on permits

   9:32---Kent Peterson---McCook County Farmer-Dairy Dude—is the House Majority Leader----we’ll get his roll out on what is still left to happen for The Governor—and the Lawmakers---and how it will affect us in weeks and months ahead.

  The House Majority Leader will take questions as well from Mr. Boots and Mr. Swenson as builders and businessmen---what has the money meant to them---and what still needs to be done? Should be an interesting discussion.

 9:46----Jerry Berg---INTEK---he like the Home Builders and many others are seeking those to fill positions. With Businesses doing more to keep their retail hubs clean for workers and those that want to shop----he can explain what they are doing—what they are using----and we’ll talk as well about making sure your home is ready---sanitary-sound for a sales transaction.

  In past years Intek has taken their equipment and know-how to help with tornado or flood damage in other parts of the country. Most recently it was the most devastating disaster in Texas---in-state not ocean-front property that took it the worst in 8 decades. We’ll found out what they did---and what they learned.

  Our It’s YOUR Business—Remodelers Show is the 3rd Monday of the month. Leadership for a half dozen years has enjoyed coming together—talking about what they are doing as builders, professional real estate members, retailer like Handyman—and then include the Chief of Sioux Falls Building Permits---and state and national political leaders to answer requests for all of the above.
