360° Health: How to stay mentally strong in a world that never stops…A guide for teens and students

View descriptionShare

Dr. Rebecca Mannis focuses on the growing challenges facing teens, including anxiety, social media pressures, test anxiety, and the impact of AI and technology on mental health and self-esteem. Dr. Mannis emphasizes that emotional well-being is strengthened when students develop healthy coping strategies, maintain balance between online and offline activities, and focus on self-worth beyond grades, likes, or external validation. She encourages teens to manage stress through organization, realistic expectations, supportive relationships, and self-care practices such as adequate sleep and mindfulness. Her message highlights that staying mentally strong in a fast-paced world is not about avoiding challenges but about building resilience, adaptability, and confidence to navigate them successfully.
