He also reflects on having his first alcoholic drink at 14, how his struggles with addiction led to two separate stays in rehab, and what scares him most about the things he did while under the influence.

Chris shares intimate details about his family’s emotional intervention, including the one letter that was never read to him and what his loved ones saw in him that he couldn’t see in himself at the time. He also discusses what led to his stay in a psychiatric hospital, what he remembers from that experience, if he has finally reached a place today where he truly loves himself, and whether he has been able to forgive himself for his past.
