Martin Frobisher was an Elizabethan seaman, adventurer and explorer who made three voyages (1576-77-78) to the New World looking for the Northwest Passage to Asia. His initial voyage to Northern Canada was the first well-documented contact between Europeans and Inuit, formally known as Eskimo. Enjoy this ENCORE Presentation!
