355. Pequot War

New England’s Narragansett tribe sided with the colonists during an armed conflict that took place in 1636 and ended in 1638 known as the Pequot War—between the Pequot tribe and an alliance of the colonists from the Massachusetts Bay, Plymouth, and Saybrook colonies and their allies from the Narragansett and Mohegan tribes. The war concluded with the decisive defeat of the Pequot.
