Joe Wicks is fitness royalty. The English PT became an international hero during the world’s first lockdown thanks to his daily PE with Joe classes on YouTube – which received more than 80 million views btw.
The dad of two has just realised The Body Coach app, based on his iconic 90-day plan that aims to transform the way you think about fitness and build healthy habits in life.
After waking himself up with a cold shower, Joe jumped on Zoom from London to chat with host Felicity Harley about motivation, fitness and his all-time best health hacks.
