“We Had Tears And We Had Spew” Spida's Brutal Workout With One Bod-Squader Pulling Out

Spida took over Ali's Bod Squad on Saturday morning and made the ladies do a workout on the beach. He made them bring a dozen eggs and paper towel.  He pushed them to their limits and one bod-squader surprised the whole team by pulling out.

Spida has told the bod-squaders that he will be taking over this Saturday. He is done being nice and wants to push them harder. So he is becoming the next commando. No details will be given of what Spida's session entails but it's going to be a challenge.
