Spida took over Ali's Bod Squad on Saturday morning and made the ladies do a workout on the beach. He made them bring a dozen eggs and paper towel.  He pushed them to their limits and one bod-squader surprised the whole team by pulling out.

Christmas can be a very sad and lonely time for some Gold Coasters and this week we met a lady who has done something amazing on Christmas day for the past 16 years: The Gold Coast Community Lunch - they need Christmas presents so Spida and Ali are jumping on board to start up a Christmas gift drive and a very generous Gold Coaster got things started.

Reggie is our man on the sand and got everyone across a huge celebration for one of our iconic surf clubs.
