Our guests today are two highly qualified individuals in sports medicine we're talking to them specifically about stress fractures in endurance athletes. 

Let's face it, as an athlete you hear the words stress fracture and you shudder in your boots. The words can feel like a death sentence to any athlete but Dr's. Amy Touzell and Leesa Huguenin are here to put your worries at ease.

Dr Touzell is an Orthopaedic Surgeon and Dr Huguenin is a Sports Physician with a wealth of experience in elite and national sporting teams, they both deal with stress fractures every day and are here to come to the rescue because this episode certainly put a lot of my miss guided fears and anxieties around stress fractures aside.
