In honour of National Online Romance Day, Jess, Ruta and August celebrate the romantic holiday by discussing their favourite romance tropes, and blind ranking horrible first date stories before creating their very own dream Winter date! The Cereal Box debut Musical Thursdays, where Ruta puts Jess and August to the test to rank 5 different musicals blindly, leading to another song outburst in the studio. INTERVIEW | Paul from Sleep at the 'G

Ella got to the end of a drive and somehow an entire box of cookies had disappeared — she's not sure when it happened but the evidence was pretty clear. Louis was texting their mum on Mother's Day with an energy that can only be described as desperate ex. And Sam is having a bit of an identity crisis after getting called "unc" by people his own age. Three confessions, zero regrets.
