In honour of World Music Day, Sam and Maddy sit down with Dr Zara Thompson, registered music therapist and researcher from the University of Melbourne, to find out what music therapy actually is, why certain songs instantly shift your mood or give you chills, and whether there's such a thing as a wrong song to listen to in the morning. They also get into the Rewire Musical Memories choir and what that program has revealed about the power of music to help people in ways most wouldn't expect.
