Ella and Ruta prepare for the Halloween season by finding out what costume they are from a very strange and spooky quiz, before the pair dive into the Christmas spirit. Ella reveals that she begins listening to Christmas Carols months before December, leading the Cereal Box to question: when is it too early to put up Christmas decorations. Ruta puts Ella to the ultimate Halloween movie blind rank, before they discuss Mercury's retrograde - and what to avoid doing during this time!

Presenters: Ruta Alai, Ella Frydman

Executive Producers: Ella Le Fournour, Sam Kelly

FULL SHOW | Christmas trees and spooky costumes!

Sam, Ella and Izzy start with a pop culture update covering the Melbourne Cup, a Brisbane Olympics update and Kimi Antonelli’s F1 win, which leaves everyone feeling a little older than they’d like.

Midweek confessions are a good one this week. Izzy gets caught singing an anime theme song, Ella cops a parking fine on a public holiday and Sam’s trivia night has some suspicious winners.

Gene from Secret Melbourne runs through what’s on in November, then the trio share their best ways to destress for Stress Awareness Day and pick the childhood stories they would reimagine or leave well alone.

The show closes with Harry’s King of the Hill, where 100 people run up and down a hill until one is left standing. What could you be king of for 80 hours?

Presenters: Ella Le Fournour, Sam Kelly and Izzy Lie-Olesen Phillips

Executive Producers: Ella Le Fournour and Sam Kelly

FULL SHOW | Feeling old, getting fined and singing anime in public

Sam, Emma and Sophie start the week as a brand new Monday trio with a pop culture recap covering the Portarlington Greek Festival, the Rugby World Cup, the Australian cricket Test and whether rugby needs a mercy rule.

Movie Monday celebrates Monsters Inc turning 25, with breakfast ratings that all lean nostalgic. Cookie Monster’s birthday brings out strong snack opinions, and cherries cause real controversy. Recreation Day in Tassie has the group swapping the ways people relax that stress them out. Emma will not be running anytime soon.

With the Melbourne Cup tomorrow, they own up to the unnecessary advice they love to give, then get hyped about 5SOS reuniting and heading to Melbourne.

Mission Monday covers Halloween dress up habits (Sophie wins) before everyone sets each other a mission to relax over the next week. The heaps decent track of the week closes the show.

Presenters: Sam Kelly, Emma Giles and Sophie Sewell

Executive Producers: Ella Le Fournour and Sam Kelly
