Rethinking African cuisine, with Moyo Odunfa

Tony Rinaudo, known as “The Forest Maker,” is a globally renowned agriculturalist and World Vision Australia’s Principal Climate Action Advisor. He is celebrated for pioneering Farmer-Managed Natural Regeneration (FMNR), a simple yet transformative method that has helped restore over six million hectares of land and uplift countless communities from poverty.
