Former child guitar prodigy, recording star and slightly nervous Food Bytes guest: that sums up the 2026 version of Nathan Cavaleri, who joins us this week to talk about his amazing 44 years on this planet.

Nathan talks about his latest show - the Growing Pains Tour. It's a musical story in which he shares life's highs and lows, including being diagnosed with leukaemia, being a child star, being bullied at school, sharing the stage with some of the world's biggest stars and his anxiety attacks - and how he's come out the other side. 

We find out about his relationship with coffee and his signature dish, and he also shares some fond memories of his days working as a labourer for his bricklaying dad.
