Elizabeth Hewson is a wearer of many aprons - home cook, recipe writer, columnist, wife, mother and author of the beautiful and practical new book 'Home Food' (Murdoch Books).

Elizabeth's food philosophy is easy to understand and achievable because, as she says,  sometimes dinner just needs to be dinner, not a Hollywood production with bells, whistles, oohs and ahhhs, but comfort food that embraces the imperfection, the mess and the reality of our modern lives. Luke Darcy is a Western Bulldogs star in his own right and a former high profile media star to boot. These days though, it is being dad to the AFL's hottest property - Sam Darcy - that is shaping his media appearances. But wait, there's more. Sam's eighteen year old brother Will has been drafted to the red, white and blue as well.

Gerard's body of work covers decades but he is best remembered as Deputy Governor Jim Fletcher in the iconic television series Prisoner. Gerard shares how he got the role, how he got into acting and how he dodged the real life bullets of the Vietnam War. Oh yeah, we also chat about his kitchen skills and some wonderful childhood food memories.
