Coffee not only has a rich and interesting taste, it has an equally diverse and fascinating history. Our guest this week Dominic Pellegrino knows that better than anyone.

Author of the new book 'Melbourne Coffee Roasters - A History,' Dominic was director of Mocopan Coffee, one of Australia’s founding coffee roasters, from 1982 to 1995. Dominic's own experiences in the industry combined with with his meticulously researched history and a love of coffee give him a unique perspective. From instant to pods, and plungers to the powdered Cafe Bar experience, we talk coffee in all its variations.

And to finish, how about some pudding? Rice pudding to be precise. Are you in the yay or the nay camp?
