When one of your parents is a nutritional biochemist, you quickly become aware at a very young age that the conventional nutritional information that is "fed" to us can be drastically different from nutrition that truly cultivates health.
Jaclyn Downs is a psychologist, nutritionist, health coach and Yoga instructor with a passion for how nutrients affect our biochemistry.
