My great friend, Cara Bolard is the owner and founder of one of my favourite boutique active wear brands - Carra Lee Collective.

With a background in sports rehab, exercise prescription, sports nutrition, massage and yoga teaching, Carra is one kick ass lady! 

After experiencing burn out from the fitness industry, Carra decided to merge her passions of fashion and fitness to create Carra Lee Collective.

Carra wanted to empower women to stop hiding behind the colour black, so went about crating a brand that would celebrate colours and prints and women and life!  

Carra is passionate about sustainability and making sure her brand in inclusive for all shapes and sizes. 

I just love her, and you will too, as we introduce you to CLC and the Carra Bolard story.
