Since the beginning of time, men have been taught to be stoic, stay silent, and not express their emotions. In order to balance this out, women are also taught that it is natural for them to talk about their feelings and share their thoughts. The hope is that this would lead both sexes toward a better understanding of one another. However, this has not been the case in reality.
Join the conversation with men as they share factors driving them to stay closed off, the benefits they would enjoy for opening up, and tips of when you need to open up as a man. It's time for a conversation that society needs to have with men about how talking about our feelings can give us an edge in relationships and careers.
