There are a lot of factors that can impact a father's ability to connect with their children, but one of the most common is penitentiary. Most fathers, when they get imprisoned, they’re denied the opportunity to bond with their children. This can result in children going to the streets or becoming rebellious towards their mother as they try to fill in for their absent father. Fathers are key figures in the lives of their children, and it is important for them to be fully involved and visible in their children’s lives.
