In our continuing quest to understand health at a deeper level and think outside the boundaries of FOOD—while we believe food is the foundation of good health—there is a limit. About eight months ago, Lianne started following The Human Garage on social media and committed to trying some of their fascial maneuvers to better understand her body and, in turn, better health.
