In our continuing quest to understand health at a deeper level and think outside the boundaries of FOOD—while we believe food is the foundation of good health—there is a limit. Think of it as the combination, or synergy, of good food choices and other incredible ideas and ways to think about health, as The Human Garage does. 

About eight months ago, Lianne started following The Human Garage on social media and committed to trying some of their fascial maneuvers to better understand her body and, in turn, better health.
