Africa is joined by Solly Phetoe, Deputy General secretary at The Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) to talk about South Africa's' weak tripartite alliance and how it effects government.

Cracks in the tripartite alliance were laid bare during the Cosatu national congress, with ANC national chairperson Gwede Mantashe saying the ANC was served with divorce papers.
